Jon SharplesNew Coaching Partnership will Benefit You!
You’ll have read the news about Lance Armstrong making a comeback with Astana which means 2009 is going to be a very busy time for the team and, consequently, for Sean.

Over the next few months he’ll be travelling extensively and, as a result, has had to take a long hard look at how best to keep his coaching services on track and available.

Well, the good news is that he’s formed a working partnership with Jon Sharples at TrainSharp – which means you’ll be getting two top coaches for the price of one!

Every rider will still get the benefit of Sean’s many years of experience while having their actual day-to-day coaching plan managed by Jon.

Over the years, Jon has honed his training to achieve some remarkable results and set up TrainSharp (www.trainsharp.co.uk) to pass on that expertise.

Jon and Sean both ride for the elite In-Gear race team (which also has Michael Hutchinson, Pete Tadros and James Dear in its colours) so can certainly claim a strong heritage.

More importantly, we share the same ideas about what makes coaching effective which means you’re in a win–win situation. Every aspect of your training plan will be determined jointly by Jon and Sean to create the most appropriate package to improve your fitness and give you the results that you want.

Day-to-day Jon will assess your performance and fine-tune the agreed programme. Sean will get regular feedback on your training progress and will be able to provide input as and when required.
All this means that the planning, tailoring and tracking of your training is managed by probably the strongest and most able team around – Sean Yates and Jon Sharples.

Both of us look forward to working with you so take a look at our training plans now
